Noah's Story
In January 2021, I noticed bruises all over Noah's legs. He was complaining his legs ached. He was very pale and had dark circles under his eyes. He was very tired and fatigued easily. I took him to his pediatrician and they ran several blood tests. I found out the very next day that they suspected Leukemia.
We were immediately sent to Advent Health for Children. Their Oncology team ran more tests. The results came back as B-Cell ALL Leukemia. Noah receives chemo on a weekly basis and has had many Lumbar Punctures and bone marrow aspirations. He has about a 2 to 2 1/2 year treatment plan.
Noah has remained in good spirits. He is a very positive child and always smiles even on his hard days.
