Skylar's Story
Skylar is 9 years old and in the 3rd grade. He has been very active in Cub Scouts. On October 15, 2016 Skylar developed what appeared to be an abscess in his L medial thigh/groin area. After 2 ultrasounds, CT scans, Labs and biopsies our worst nightmare was revealed and we were informed that our first born has Stage 3 Burkitt Lymphoma. Skylar has a long road ahead of him but he is way stronger than I could ever have imagined him being and he WILL KICK CANCERS BUTT!!!!
We can not thank Love Quilts USA enough for the quilt they sent Skylar! He was so amazed that so many people from all over helped make it possible for him! He loves it so much!!!!! Thank you for making this possible!!!
